Experience Architecture

Digital Platforms and Communities

I build digital spaces that remove the limits of location, so an organization can reach, serve, and learn from far more people than a room can hold.

Define

Who should this reach, and what should they gain?

I set the platform thesis around access: who the core participants are, which adjacent audiences the platform can bring in, and what each group should gain from showing up.

Architect

A place people return to.

I design the participation model and content format, the pathway from a wider audience back to the organization, and, for membership communities, the structure that turns a dispersed group into a place to gather, learn, and connect. I build the partner model and the signals the organization uses to understand who is engaged and who is ready to invest.

Build

Launch, and every edition after.

I lead launch and ongoing delivery across participants, partners, content, and production.

WHY IT COMPOUNDS

Without a physical ceiling, every edition widens the reach. Core participants bring adjacent audiences, those audiences return to the organization, and the platform becomes a standing asset instead of a one-time event.
